At The Belson Brussels, sustainability is an integral part of how we operate and welcome our guests. Located in a vibrant and authentic Brussels neighborhood, we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact while staying closely connected to our local community. We believe that responsible hospitality means making conscious choices every day, from efficient resource management to supporting local partners. Energy Efficiency

All construction measures meet the highest energy efficiency standards, are optimised for thermal insulation and are therefore particularly energy-efficient.

LED lights

Our entire hotel is designed with LED lights, which are highly energy-efficient, last longer than regular lights and contni no toxic materials.

Local suppliers

The Belson Brussels has tight relationships with suppliers from the area. In the Vault Bar for example, we serve Belgian beer that comes from local suppliers.

Environmental use of towels

We support our guests to use their towels environmentally. Only when towels are on the ground, they will be replaced. This way, the laundry load is reduced.

Environmental building materials

Our hotel focussed on using environmental friendly building materials. Our windows are made of special heat resistant glass to minimize energy usage.

Economical housekeeping

Our cleaners accurately measure cleaning products to minimize overconsumption.

RoomGrid

With RoomGrid our guests can decide to cancel room cleaning per day, resulting in a more sustainable stay.
